What is Your biggest annoyance with everyday interactions between people and businesses/housing etc?

First off I am a disabled author, artist, and journalist (yes I have the union membership for that). I write articles about disability issues, and am about to have a face to face with a local MSP about an awareness project I have started. I'm a great believer in doing what we can, working to our Strengths. 

Too many able bodied people think they know what’s best for us, when they have no lived experience whatsoever. I want to educate people on how to listen, take our advice, then get out of the way.

Most of my articles are on the Medium site, though my partner and I may go back to hosting our own site again.
