Hello All, I am hoping to connect with someone in a Non profit ICF/ID agency who has been able to implement a retirement group homes(s) within their agency. I would like to find out the steps taken to achieve the goal, especially funding sources etc. The outlook my team and I have is to designate a couple of our existing community homes as retirement homes for those clients who no longer wish to attend day programs, etc without having to leave the agency and supports, staff they are accustomed to.
