Help please

Hi

  i have a severly mentally and physically disabled sister who lives at home with my mam. As my mam is getting older she is unable to take my sister out for walks etc in her wheelchair. Is anyone aware where we could hire someone to take her out as as you can imagine it is very frustrating for both of them. Thanking you in advance

What part of the country are you in?  Someone might know about local services or people that might be able to help.
