Are Disabled People in Portsmouth who needs help with Computer Problems

Hi i was just wondering if there were disabled people in Portsmouth.UK who have difficulty finding money to pay someone to come out . When they have problems with there computer.?

This is a free and (national) local service to help disabled and elderly people struggling with I.T.
