Each TGA delivery driver or engineer is ready to spend time with each customer so they feel familiar with their new scooter. Our delivery service has a 95% customer satisfaction rating and every driver will not leave a new customer until they are feeling totally happy and confident with their new product. From a servicing and maintenance point of view, the impressive TGA fleet of delivery vehicles is able to respond quickly if a customer's scooter is in need of collection. Loan mobility scooters are also readily available so an end user's independence is not compromised whilst their TGA scooter is away for servicing or repair.
