Sudbury's Sheila Wins TGA Mobility's Luxurious Christmas Hamper

Shelia Nicholls, 74 from Sudbury and retired curtain maker, has won a luxurious Christmas Hamper courtesy of TGA Mobility also based in Sudbury.

It provides a comprehensive range of scooters, adjustable chairs and beds, stair lifts, bath lifts, and aids for daily living. TGA’s Christmas competition comprised of a free prize draw for all customers visiting its showroom on Woodhall Business Park. Sheila entered the competition during one of her regular visits as she purchases products to assist her husband who lives with the affects of a major Stroke. Sheila is an amazing lady with seven children aged between 56 and 33, 17 grandchildren and six great grandchildren with the seventh due in January. Despite spending the majority of Christmas at her husband’s bedside in hospital, Sheila is delighted to have won this hamper as it has “given her a real boost”.

Sheila commented: “I am thoroughly delighted to have won this beautiful hamper, it’s now taking pride of place on my dining room table, the basket is lovely. When I heard the news I had won TGA’s Christmas competition I was so chuffed and went into their showroom the same day to collect my prize. The staff there are always so friendly and helpful, especially Kate who always understands the products I need to help my husband. Since he had a Stroke over six years ago the support of TGA’s team has really helped, visiting is always such a pleasant experience. I would like to thank them so much for this generous gift, especially as it’s my 75th birthday on Monday.”

Rachel Elding, TGA Showroom Manager added: “The TGA team and I would like to congratulate Sheila on winning our luxurious Christmas Hamper competition – she fully deserves it. Over the past few weeks we have received large numbers of competition entrants as our independent living showroom continues to be busy with people looking for quality products to help improve mobility. Mrs Nicholls is such a lovely lady and it is always great to hear the difference our products have made to her husband’s comfort.”
