Alright so admittedly it's not really the most impressive moustache you've ever seen and Daniel Day-Lewis is probably not feeling too threatened yet.

However....

I am raising money for a very worthy cause. And although Movember is typically supposed to be focused on charities that concern men only, I figured that one good cause is as worthy of another, so I'm raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK.

Alzheimer's disease is a truly vicious illness that robs people not only of their independence, but also their memory (both short and long term), to an extent their personality, and also it deprives their friends and family of the person they know and love.

There currently is no cure but some truyl brilliant people are working on it and the sad reality is that progresss can only be achieved with funding.

I have so far managed to raise just over £150 which is brilliant, especially given that my initial target was £100. What would really put the cherry on the cake now is if the bespoken community could help raise that total to £200.
