Crane Lowndes, 50 from Sutton-on-Sea in Lincolnshire, was born with Cerebral Palsy (CP), which is a neurological condition that affects the movement and co-ordination of muscles which is thought to affect 1 in 400 people. Crane's CP predominantly affects his legs making walking extremely difficult, therefore a mobility scooter is the only means of retaining freedom outdoors.
