Hello everyone

If you haven't seen it yet one of our members has launched an appeal for advice regarding his particular needs. He is pretty much totally blind, deaf and and his overall mobility is very limited. He desperately wants to go outside and breathe some fresh air. Any opinions or advice is welcome in this matter.
