There is no disabled access at Greggs. The staff didn’t seem to have a great attitude. When asked if they had a ramp they told us no and then went back to their jobs without asking if there was anything they could do to help.

What can they do to improve it? The real solution is to get a ramp but until then it would be useful if the staff could maybe come and help wheelchair and powerchairs and get the stuff they need on their behalf and bring it out to them.
