Attached is some guidance on good accessible navigation for Word and PDF documents produced by the Regional Support Centre (Scotland North & East). Can you please attempt to comply with these guidelines in any reports etc uploaded to the forum.

In any case upload documents as pdfs - if you are having difficulty with conversion contact me.
