Smoking attachment for a person using a wheelchair

Hi i know an individual who only has limited use of one arm.  The individual is looking to see if anyone else has a similar problem in being able to smoke safely?

 hi Elaine,

One of our residents who has very limited upperbody / limb movement uses a peice of equipment which holds the cigarette. The cig holder is positioned round his hand as he has limited grip and the cigarett is potioned into a small holder attatched to a wire. this peice of equiment was given by the the spinal unit ( home made i think) but its lasted him about 7 years.
