PLEASE HELP ME

 i have epilepsy, wilson's disease and learning difficulties. i live in harrow, middlesex. i am a council tenant. harrow council don't help me at all. im 33 years and i currently don't have any help only my parents. i need ya help. i categorized as a disabled.

I am sure brent council have some kind of key support, phone up brent adult social services and ask them for a number for key support they should have it. then go from there
