In each town there are dance schools, drama groups and music schools who may find it beneficial for students to entertain using large rooms within the accommodation. This in turn would cheer up those residents who cannot get out to enjoy such entertainment.
Before I came home to Aberdeen, the hospice I attended often had Ballet, jazz bands, the local footballers coming to either give a show or just talk to us and I found that this give us residents plenty to talk about and cheered us up no end.
All of the different groups who cam to entertain gave us their time free. All it would take is a bit of research and a phone call. We even had a lady who owned a cupcake shop come and teach us how to ice the cakes and we got to eat what we iced, now that was an extra bonus lol.
