It's a shame this web article doesn't have the pictures that were in the magazine.  These two ideas are great.  The first is a bayonette light fitting that attaches magnetically so it can easily be taken down, the bulb changed and then re-fitted.  The second invention is a pressure sensor that turnes off the gas if a pan is removed for more than a few minutes.
