Hi Everyone

I am taking part in the Tour de Ben Nevis mountain bike race this year (24th September) - 72km of off road pain - being chased by deer and pheasants - wading through river crossings - challenging time trial sections - not getting lost - not falling off - the possibilities are endless....

My charity this year has touched me greatly - The East Africa Crisis is of epic proportions - how could anyone not be touched by the pictures coming out in the national press and news - being a recent father of 2 years the suffering of the children in particular is devastating.
